After being to 5 different shops to fix my high speed vibration issue, I decided to stop by Phoenix Motors for a last ditch effort of repair before giving up. Allen and the crew went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the issue no where else could. With precision repair and quality parts, I was quickly back on the road. I was so pleased with their work, I had returned to get steering work and custom exhaust done. We (aka our freshman daughter) have been rescued multiple times by the Buchanans. They have picked up and delivered her car, diagnosed problems and recommended solutions, and when we couldn't afford the total solution they were able to make very minimal repairs that rendered the car safe to drive once again. Allen and company got our '06 Sienna checked out before a long road trip last summer. A few months later I was going to change my oil, but being the bonehead I am I tried jacking the car up by the radiator support beam. You're not supposed to do that, by the way. I ended up with a cracked radiator and some other damage, but Allen got me fixed up with the minimal cost for parts and labor, as well as minimal grief given for ending up with a several hundred dollar oil change. Instead I got a tutorial on proper jacking points, a lesson I won't soon forget. - Scott R.

I was having trouble with my vehicle, and had no idea what was wrong with it. I was tight on money, but needed my car fixed as quickly as possible seeing as it is my only way to commute back and forth to work every day. Especially since I have a 30 minute drive to work one way, every day. I feel like my car is safe and reliable after the work done on it by the amazing lead technician, and the prices were affordable which is great being a college student in my 20's.  They were extremely considerate, and helpful. The staff was exceptionally nice, and great at what they do. They were able to immediately diagnose what was wrong with my car, and got to work on it asap. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone! Also to the ladies, I always feel like I am taken advantage of as a female when bringing my car into any car shop. Phoenix Motors do a great job with my cars. Every time I go in Allen does a great job explaining the services he is doing on the car and why, telling me how long it will take, following up with me over the phone, and answering any questions I might have about the services. Allen even gives you tips on best preventative maintenance to perform, what the "other guys" do to cut corners and why you should be careful about where you take your car, and is honest about things like best place to buy tires (Sam's Club or Costco) which most places don't do (oh, you want new tires, huh?
