In searching I came across this honest, family owned business, Phoenix Motors. In calling them, they told me they could get the part and fix it that day!  We took the car right over. Phoenix Motors turned out to be right off the main road where our hotel was, which made it convenient for pick/up. It is also just nine minutes away from my son's residence.  They took care of the problem in short order. In addition, they did a thorough check of the car and deemed it to be in good working order. We were having a constantly draining battery in my husband's 2008 Acura.  We took it to the dealer & they replaced the battery which continued to discharge.  The dealer was unable to determine the cause. I highly recommend Phoenix Motors and Allen Buchanan. This is a family owned and operated business that is honest and fair priced.   Allen worked on my 1970 Ford F-100 pickup and solved several problems for me.   The truck was returned to my home by Allen and his wife - washed and gassed up.   My experience was very positive and I'm extremely happy with the work, the price, and the easy of communication with this service provider.  I'd certainly recommend them and will use them again for my service needs. - Ray V.
