Allen and company got our '06 Sienna checked out before a long road trip last summer. A few months later I was going to change my oil, but being the bonehead I am I tried jacking the car up by the radiator support beam. You're not supposed to do that, by the way. I ended up with a cracked radiator and some other damage, but Allen got me fixed up with the minimal cost for parts and labor, as well as minimal grief given for ending up with a several hundred dollar oil change. Instead I got a tutorial on proper jacking points, a lesson I won't soon forget. - Scott R.
