Allen and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They have an ability to identify complex issues and diagnose accurately. I've had a lot of work (electrical, brakes, leaks, basic maintenance) performed on an older Acura TL and Jeep, and the service is consistently good. They can get very busy, so be patient, but you can trust their work and he will standby outcome.

My daughter came into town for spring break. She informed me that there was a noise coming from the front end of her Equinox. She told me this on Thursday morning (after she had been in town since the previous weekend...and she had to be back to work Monday). It's Friday morning (thinking no place will take it in on short notice) I took it to Discount Tire and they told me that what I described, they don't do that sort of work. They said 'we normally refer people to Phoenix'. I go up the road to Phoenix and explain my problem and the car's. Allan told me 'we'll squeeze her in'. I don't know any place that would've said that. None. I'm taking my vehicle there from now on. Great people.

We were highly satisfied with Phoenix Motors. We came to them with a brake problem my husband couldn't solve and they took the time to check it out thoroughly, solve the problem, then take it for more than one test drive to make sure the problem was fixed and done right. Some of the best mechanics that I’ve run into from the walls of Huntsville to Decatur to Athens and Madison. Was recommended to them and haven’t allowed anyone else to touch my truck since.
