I've been a customer at Phoenix Motors for years. Allen, the owner, is honest and skilled and goes out of his way to be helpful. My mother-in-law's SUV recently had a major breakdown amidst our rare snowy weather. Allen made it a priority to get her vehicle looked at. He noticed there was a problem with the timing chain that would probably require an engine replacement. He did further research and found that it was the subject of a recall.
