Excellent service!!! I took my car to Phoenix Motors to troubleshoot my car problem. Allen (owner) is very knowledgeable mechanic and he easily found that the transmission was bad. He is very honest that he gave me an advise to trade in my car with a newer used car. He did not even charge for that diagnostics. When I was looking for a used car to buy, Allen saved me from buying an accident car. (CAR FAX says no history of accident but there were evidences of accident detected only by a well-trained mechanic.) He did not charge for the inspection when I took the 2nd used car there to inspect. I am very impressed with the knowledge-in-depth, professionalism and honesty that Allen demonstrated. Allen, his wife and his mechanics work with a full of integrity there at their shop to take care of customers' needs. And I appreciate all they do for us. Thank you so much, Phoenix Motors!!!!!
