Allen and his crew are a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough about the professionalism represented in the shop and at the office. A family owned mechanic shop you can trust. Veterans are respected and treated well. Phoenix motors honors its guarantee policy and does not overcharge.

Allen and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They have an ability to identify complex issues and diagnose accurately. I've had a lot of work (electrical, brakes, leaks, basic maintenance) performed on an older Acura TL and Jeep, and the service is consistently good. They can get very busy, so be patient, but you can trust their work and he will standby outcome.

Phoenix Motors is a wonderful family-owned Automotive Repair shop staffed by adroit mechanics lead by Allen (Owner/Mentor-perspicacious) who cultivated a proclivity to be pertinacious to honest and legitimate repair and services and organizational culture 'doing right the 1st time'.

My daughter came into town for spring break. She informed me that there was a noise coming from the front end of her Equinox. She told me this on Thursday morning (after she had been in town since the previous weekend...and she had to be back to work Monday). It's Friday morning (thinking no place will take it in on short notice) I took it to Discount Tire and they told me that what I described, they don't do that sort of work. They said 'we normally refer people to Phoenix'. I go up the road to Phoenix and explain my problem and the car's. Allan told me 'we'll squeeze her in'. I don't know any place that would've said that. None. I'm taking my vehicle there from now on. Great people.
